He w/o question is a perfect example of Arm Chair QB...daily he made a point to degrade efforts/actions within sales team, know it all that talked a BIG GAME, but when rubber met the road, he could not/did not lead by example, nor could he demonstrate through "action" that any of his infinite wisdom was effective.
