If you try really hard to do well in low level stuff you may have the possibility to learn some basic level technician work however don't expect the business to invest in you.
Cons
Since this is a small business (two stores) the management is most concerned with short term profit. Any temporary opportunity here is not much better than the typical part time job you work in high school. The owner looks down on people has anger issues and fosters an environment which I like to call the blame game.
