      Pros

      Staff are valued, Upper management is not afraid of new ideas and change, education is supported and encouraged, great customer service ideas are used internally, very flexible with balancing life, competitive salaries and benefits.

      Cons

      I have worked for Mega Group for a year, there isn't much I can say that is negative. There are a couple of people in the company that could use help... so hiring more staff would benefit these individuals.

      Pros

      Good benefits and helping independent retailers who truly need service and assistance. The HR department is helpful.

      Cons

      Executive suite has a very poor vision of success. Spend frivolously on events and not on processes. Internal in-fighting and staff have an extremely poor outlook on leadership. Marketing systems are antiquated. The leadership that espouses efficiency, has no idea what they are doing. Truly a disaster.
