Pros
The team is focused and driven by clear goals. Goals and objectives are approached through clear core values that facilitate reaching these goals with ease. The team is vibrant and diverse but still maintain a level of professionalism where teamwork is key. It's an exciting place to grow if you want to learn and advance in your career and on a personal level.
Cons
There are a few creases to iron out regarding best process policies - very normal for a small company with a large influence. If you aren't able to adjust, adapt and grow as the company does then its not the place for you.
