L’idea del prodotto è interessante, il team operativo ha una sinergia incredibile e finalmente si era riusciti ad avere una linea di management competente e strategica

Bello tutto ma peccato per il CEO nuovo e vecchio che hanno zero competenze, zero empatia e zero strategia d’impresa. Tutto il lavoro si basa su dei dati interpretati senza cognizione di causa. Due persone al vertice che non sanno come valorizzare il proprio team, pretendendo “l’extra mile” all’infinito senza mai riconoscere nulla ai dipendenti. Non sanno fare squadra, sono i classici “boss” e zero leaders.

This company is human, knows what you have and values you for the things that you do and even better. Even if it is a startup, still is better than any other company I have work for

The only cons that I see is that sometimes the comuncation is not well managed but it is something that they are working on. Maybe just sometimes the company needs to be a little bit strict with decisions.
