Long days but I loved helping patient.

As an LMT I had worked for places that I only was paid while in a massage. So I would work 8 hours a day but only get paid on average for 3-4 hours. I actually make a great living now doing what I love. I love the team I work with and have benefits for health insurance, retirement, sick and vacation pay.

It does take some time to get used to working as a team. I had always only worked for myself and clients. I found that once I got used to working together with others I was actually thankful and less stressed.
