Pros

Having a startup experience sounds trendy. Having the chance to be in an incubator. The work space is clean and tidy.

Cons

No respect to interns. They would treat you like "you should feel grateful that we are not charging you for your internship." You won't learn anything here because they don't know what to assign or what to advise most of the time. The worst part is they don't keep their words. At last, there's no difference between a full-time employee and a full-time intern: you don't get paid.

Pros

It is a place where you can learn quickly and take a lot of responsibilities. Nice working environment and free snacks. The long-term vision is promising and cheering.

Cons

It is confusing for some job duties. I felt frustrated and disappointed at the back and forth change of regulations as well as payment. Even though it has a inspiring lone-term vision, it didn't have a detailed plan for each step that will be taking, I mean, I didn't actually know what I can expect in a 1 year or 2 year. I also felt uneasy to lose my personal life working here. They required you to always be stand-by.

Pros

Good working space. Can learn the basics of working in an office.

Cons

Managers don't care for employees. They usually come in late and talk on Skype to people we don't know about. They have no idea what is going on with our work. We have useless meetings every day teaching us to build morale and vision or what-not. Managers also have short tempers and couldn't care less about any of us other than that we get whatever shortsighted goals they want to get done.
