Pros
I'm a software engineer who worked at the company before it was Meed mobile, so I've been here for quite a few years now. I've always had the sense that I'm surrounded by people smarter than myself and I do think that's a wonderful thing. We have a great group of talented engineers here and I have learned a TON about good engineering practices since I joined the team. On top of that, our product managers are a hard-working bunch and have been great at churning out new ways to drive the company forward. The benefits are excellent with zero-deductible medical coverage and an unlimited vacation policy. There's lots of flexibility available when it comes to working from home and getting things reimbursed. It has been a pleasure to work here!
Cons
Like most smaller companies, we probably have a little less job security than one could find at a corporate giant like Google or Amazon. However, I would gladly trade that for the increased amount of input and flexibility you get from a smaller company.
