I didn't find any! Just the salary you are getting is giving you reason to work to this company.
Cons
They do not have a washroom, even when 90% of the employees are female. The boss is a psycho, who asks you to suggest some business growth ideas on daily basis, even when you are just a content writer or working in back office or doing marketing of the company. He is not sure, whether to close the company or run it and fires employees with the silly reason of not having funds. He can spend thousands of dollars on useless things, but cannot value his employees, who work for him with full dedication. I know some of them, who were giving their best at the level of their designation, but because of his bad behavior, nobody stays happy in the office. The office environment is always negative because of his loud and rational behavior. He has a separate washroom, which he uses and nobody else can use that, even when female employee ask him to manage something for them as they cannot go out to the metro station.
