- Because this company is small, every single person has more on their plate, and thus are always very very busy. This is not a bad thing, but can sometimes end up bottle necking processes. This gives you A LOT of time to learn new things on your own though.

After 10 years of working in office environment I decided start working from home so that I can spend more time with my children. I am a PMP certified project manager and was looking for a suitable role so that I can enhance my career but at the same time work from home which was not an easy combination to find. I am glad I came across Medullus where I found exactly the kind of position I was looking for. The management is very cooperative and I have the flexibility to work as per the hours convenient to me. We have a global team but the team works together cohesively using video conferences and screen sharing, communication is never a problem and the team is great to work with. In addition to this we have a monthly huddle where everyone meets on a video call to go over the latest happenings in the company. I love the transparency of the organization and the work culture.
