Pros
Very easy to get a job and familiarize with corporate environment and master multitasking under pressure. Good atmosphere and some nice people. Quite flawless and relaxing if you have naturally good attention to details.
Cons
Some managers not very fit for the role, As of 2020: inequality between oversees and domestic branch in terms of opportunities and treatment by the management (oversees being inferior), lack of training standards accross the company. Everyone is forced to take external phones after some time.
