flexibility for those who are fully remote (though hybrid model is being enforced)

upper management does not vouch or care for you clear favoritism micromanagers constantly stringing people along (acting like you will get a merit increase or promotion--you wont) no transparency with upper management--constantly telling different team members different reasonings behind pay differences and asking us not to discuss it hire outside team members rather than promoting from within do not care for their employees until they finally leave, then want to offer more money did not tell employees bonuses would be based on in-office attendance
