Pros

The only pro is they will hire literally anybody, if you can call that a pro. The first line managers are alright, some of them are actually decent people. You'll have plenty of work/life balance on the basis that they will eventually breach your contract and stop giving you the hours you are contracted to do.

Cons

-Revolving door management and you can't get a hold of the management that are there, they don't reply to emails and don't answer the phone. -Pay is poor compared to other companies. -They've just gotten rid of the Urgent Care contract and left all the FREC3s out to dry; not offered them new contracts or redundancy, just left them. The FREC4s have been offered to move on to the Frontline contract but there is obviously not enough work for all of them. -A lot of carrot dangling, lots of promised CPD and training that never appears -No benefits offered whatsoever, just pay. No OT, No Unsocial, No Weekend, No Shift. allowance, Bank holidays x2 has been dropped to 1.5x. -The advertised pay on the front page is not wholly correct. They advertise Urgent Care Assistants at £24'000pa. If you're FREC3 it's £10.50ph, FREC4 is £11.50, FREC4 with CERAD is £12.
