Pros
Technically very sound people. Excellent management in IT and technology division. Fair HR policies. A great place to learn and gain working knowledge in IT industry. Gives a good kickstart to the career.
Cons
Just one single project and very few technologies, though you get to become a master in those so this is not really a con. Poor remuneration for IT freshers, so join this if you want to learn and don't worry about salary for at least a year.
