More than 15 years of experience as FM-based company, so can expect a lot of veterans and even newcomer can be skillful with the right mindset and direction. Very structured work flow and environment even if it is a bit old-school and conservative on the methods. Decent to a bit below the market salary range, given the location of most projects, it may be comfortable based on the cost of living. Having quite decent additional salary package (not sure for current practice as of 2023) Supportive team Have a lot of inter-department activity Moving towards technology-oriented company Known brand in the country
Cons
Company is not really multi-ethnic except operational level, used to have a lot of drama & quite toxic, slow salary increment, high competition for career growth starting from executive level. Hoping this things would be change for the best of the company as one of leading FM-based company in the country.
