Pros

You'll see it time and again...the people. We work with some scrappy and smart team members that will get in the trenches when the time comes and get the job done.

Cons

People can only take so much. Turnover in the last 12 months has been incredibly high with more than 40 people having left the company. Yes. 40. There is no trust in upper management. At this point, actually, there has been almost a 100% turnover in VP positions (except for sales) and almost the same for Director positions. Everything reverts back to how it was before every 6 months. If you're not willing to play the politics then you shouldn't even think about working here.
