No stability or organizational courage to effect change when it's acknowledged it's required to move past insanity (i.e. insanity - doing the same thing and expecting different results). CEO thinks problems are fixed by hiring another VP of something. See the above, that doesn't work. Doesn't make good personnel decisions. CEO is very narcissistic and doesn't set a good workplace example. Yelling, profanity, and other disruptive behaviors.
