Pros

Better product than competitors.Good Pay

Cons

The company tracks reps using Motus, and if you take even a single office day, they’ll threaten to deduct PTO. They frequently change quotas and commission plans mid-quarter to gain leverage and avoid paying reps what they’ve earned. They promote “Growth Bonuses,” but these are often manipulated and awarded to their favorite reps. Lastly, the person responsible for controlling all rep compensation was previously fired from Meditrina—yet the CEO rehired him at his own startup. Do not work here. They will not trust you and can discard you at any moment, even if you’re a top-three performer.

Pros

They notice hard work and dedication. Do your job and you will do very well. Some brilliant minds at the company - I learned so much.

Cons

At the same time, they notice slacking. Don't be lazy and you will flourish. Few med device companies have this high of an earning potential. Don't waste it.

Product is decent but still a commodity product.

Everything about this company is terrible. Toxic management-don’t trust ANY of them. Management is inept on how to manage a sales team. CEO & CFO are narcissists who don’t trust or like sales reps. Management micromanages beyond anything I’ve ever seen- track your computer and car. Don’t leave the field early on a Friday at 3pm even if you had a successful week and already worked 40+ hours in front of customers because they’ll call you and ask why you’re home. They don’t want you to have a life outside of work even though they’ll tell you of how they’re picking their kids up from school, taking them to out to eat, and going to doctors appointments all during working hours, etc but have a problem if you have a personal appointment at 3pm on a Friday. No trust and it’ll drive you mad regardless if you are doing everything right and your territory is performing! Company arranges quotas so you don’t make more money than what they “think” one deserves. Eventually, every rep goes on a PIP (even the top performers). RUN if you ever get contacted from a recruiter to join this place. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. The money was NOT worth it.
