Badest buisness - Security Medithrive Employee Review

They don't care about how you fell. They treat you like a slave.... They don't have a human resources side to talk to someone. The owner don't know anything about cannabis nor do the store manager... They have Security come in a hour early to clean there store and also the outside of other businesses... The store manager lorena always on a power trip..she talks at you instead of to you... She doesnt know how to be a manager. She doesnt know how to write proper verification forms she does not know the meaning of firing or quiting... This is medithrive they treat u like crap and expect for u to kiss there butt and do what they want you too. I was fired already because i was late but this job doesnt open untill 10 am so u cant call in late or anything untill when the store acually open. I was already terminated. Then i was also fired because im security and im talking outside. To customers/clients this is my job as security. Butimstead of giving my verification saying i dont work here i got 2 written ups i had to go back to get proper verification then all the other managers and employees are sad but im happy i can never work for a company so petty and not going anywhere. The other managers brought to my attention how i was wrongly fired but i cant be happier... i didnt get a verbal a written up or a suspension just fired lol but this was a great experience to see how dumb people really can be. She said the written ups are hoe they show u dont work here the dumest ever.
