- Good company culture, very down-to-earth - Lots of guidance from managers and senior developers - Thorough training routines set up - "If the customer's happy, we're happy", management knows every employee does things differently - Company is growing and always looking to expand - Strong job security
Cons
Big hurdle of working with proprietary languages. This is probably the only thing that would make or break your time here.
