Owner screams and yells at everyone, has zero respect for anyone but doctors (but will flip on a dime and scream at them), will re-trade every contract that exists and think that it is perfectly fine to do so. Smokes in the office CONSTANTLY and no one does anything about it (building ownership, City of Houston, etc.). If you want to be tortured, take a job here. Otherwise stay far far away.
