      Thank you for your honest feedback. We are always working hard to improve our training & development, support our employees and continue positive growth. We did add on another holiday for 2023 and onward! And, we did update our time off policy for this year as well. We are listening to you and appreciate your dedication to Medisolv.

      Pros

      Nothing, company is poorly managed. Left hand doesn't know what the right is doing.

      Cons

      They waste money on bad products and employees that cause more work. The employees that work hard are not valued. 2-4% raise is best case, barely keeping up with inflation. All the good employees leave.
