Pros
The people who work at Medisoft are extremely kind and welcoming, as well as being experts in multiple fields. You will find people from different backgrounds who have expert knowledge across technology and ophthalmology. It was the first company I joined out of university and I gained so much wonderful experience which has led me to excel in my new role
Cons
The only reason I left medisoft was to move to London - I asked if they could move the company there but *maybe* that was a bit much to ask
