I wish I could give Medisafe zero stars, but that's not an option. My time at this company was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. If you want to make commission, go elsewhere. Unsellable product that is extremely overpriced, enrollment and utilization is embarrassing (very very low). Sales cycle is really long. The leadership at Medisafe is a complete disaster. There is a complete lack of direction, communication, and transparency. It's impossible to have faith in a company that doesn't even seem to know where it's headed. Medisafe has an exceptionally high turnover rate. Talented individuals leave the company in droves, seeking better opportunities and a healthier work environment. It's a revolving door of employees, and it's not hard to see why.

Impact on the company's success is highly measurable and rewarding in the sales function. Differentiated technology. A solution set that generates significant market interest and is seen as innovative. Adapting to market feedback and addressing key barriers to improve go-to-market (price, flexibility, scale). Patient-centric focus to help people achieve better health every day.

Cons

Challenging, value-based solution selling that yields long sales cycles. Digital health landscape is still young and fragmented. Previous sales approaches had been more one-dimensional, less flexible and a high cost of ownership.
