      Pros

      Good office location in Seattle. Good industry.

      Cons

      The Founder and the CEO were constantly at odds. This was likely the case because the board didn't have the guts to fire the founder nor did the CEO they hired to come in and clean up the mess he made. Then the new CEO made a mess of the place as well. During my time there the CEO and the Founder were constantly at odds on strategy and direction. This led the most talented engineers to leave for other opportunities, taking our IP with them.

      Pros

      technology vision, engineering leadership, scalable cloud, huge upside opportunity--every company is going mobile and they need what we are building.

      Cons

      engineering leadership in the past years hasnt been as well integrated with the product teams, but i've seen this at other startups in seattle (less so from the bay area). need a stronger sales team focused more on selling cloud-based software.
