While my role contributes to key client outcomes, regular team discussions and open forums help me understand where the company is headed. With a collaborative environment and open communication lines, I feel encouraged to ask questions and improve. Though there are occasional tough deadlines, leadership team often recognizes progress. The management has always been empathetic and flexible towards its employees. Given that I have a young child to look after, I could still perform better and never felt overwhelmed.
