Taking a job in the call center will make you appreciate your next job someplace else!

Cons

Considering a csr job in the Medifast call center? My advice? Run, don't walk to your next job interview. High turnover of reps. Not unusual for 4 out of 5 new reps to have quit or been fired within 6 months. But if you have no other choice take the job while you keep looking. Don't believe the "we are family" b/s. Get stuck in a snowstorm? A car hits you on the way to work making you late? You'll get dinged for it.

Medifast is in the midst of an exciting transition to helping people improve their metabolic health. People are dedicated to helping others and support each other amongst teams, which makes the hard work worthwhile.

Cons

The work is currently fast-paced to meet the changes in the market.
