      Pros

      I came to Medifast through a referral and have been with the company for almost 4 years. I love the people at Medifast, they are genuinely wonderful people, caring and dedicated to getting people healthy. The work is rewarding and management really makes you feel like you are making a difference.

      Cons

      more flexibility to tele-work would be nice, especially during the slower points in the year
