      Pros

      The people I work with get along very well. We take time to ask about how everyone is. We support each other on our own personal journeys to good health. Very generous time off package Wonderful benefit of free gym, free classes and free personal training Summer picnic is at a beautiful swim club with lots of fun games

      Cons

      The company depends upon health coaches to sell the products. The health coaches are not well educated on the different meal plans. They have a very limited understanding of the products they are selling. The health coaches need to emphasize that the clients work with their health care providers to choose the right plan.
