      Used to have a great upper management structure that cared about all of the employees top to bottom. Free Medifast food, was family owned and ran years ago.

      Things have changed, all about the bottom dollar and stock price now.

      Medifast is in the midst of an exciting transition to helping people improve their metabolic health. People are dedicated to helping others and support each other amongst teams, which makes the hard work worthwhile.
