      Sundays off and helping others be optimistic to lose weight

      Cons

      Very retail. Became more interested in clients buying food then their weight loss success. The counselors had no clue on how to motivate. They just read pamphlet's and kept very black and white.

      Medifast is in the midst of an exciting transition to helping people improve their metabolic health. People are dedicated to helping others and support each other amongst teams, which makes the hard work worthwhile.
