Pros

Fantastic benefits, good pay (although they seem to be offering lower amounts now), and good work life balance. Very diverse and welcoming to people of all backgrounds. I love a majority of the people I work with.

Cons

Management quality has gone down FAST. Losing 4 to 5 of our longest serving leaders in the area, some through retirement and some through lay offs or unexpected reorgs. Communication by upper management is horrible, and they seem to be really picky about who they offer opportunities to move up. It wasn't like this even 2 years ago. The work-load assignments are really off. Some writers are managing multiple products and multiple tasks, while others are managing only one small product (and are wasting a lot of time in their free time bothering others). No pay increase this year (although we got bonuses). This is seen very negatively by the employees when the C-suite folks went to Mexico very recently...

Pros

The company was fantastic when I first started working there, the culture was embracing and supportive. Folks seem to care about your development at first and your growth.

Cons

After 3ds bought the company it started going downhill gradually, many c suite turnover, terminations and new latest CEO is clueless when it comes to executing the vision, while also making sure they continue delivering on NEXT all on all these features when at launch half of them don’t even work properly. Having spent years at the company I saw clients lose trust on the products and leadership, a lot of times CEO’s from client side would give advice on senior management on processes which being the vendor we should be the leaders on guidance not the other way around. Consider applying to other SaaS companies.
