Pros

Great talent on Account teams and product teams and service teams.

Cons

Continue to cut earning potential since acquired by Dassault. Products other than Rave are not competitive. Continue to add more products and solutions instead of improving current offering so it is hard to compete, but sales goals go up as if they are. Has become less entrepreneurial spirit and more corporate. Less considerate of employees but very interested in meeting DEI and Sustainability quotas. Less likely to promote from within.

Pros

The company was fantastic when I first started working there, the culture was embracing and supportive. Folks seem to care about your development at first and your growth.

Cons

After 3ds bought the company it started going downhill gradually, many c suite turnover, terminations and new latest CEO is clueless when it comes to executing the vision, while also making sure they continue delivering on NEXT all on all these features when at launch half of them don’t even work properly. Having spent years at the company I saw clients lose trust on the products and leadership, a lot of times CEO’s from client side would give advice on senior management on processes which being the vendor we should be the leaders on guidance not the other way around. Consider applying to other SaaS companies.
