      - competitive salary compared to other companies

      Cons

      - managers and senior leadership have no direction and vision - CSM department are clueless to supporting accounts - manager say they advocate a work life balance but in reality do not - managers will talk more and listen less - managers have a micro management style and are too controlling - no concrete training and onboarding for new hires - managers give you no backing - toxic culture and treatment of peers - VPs and CEO don't know what they're doing and will run the company into the ground, this will make your job unsafe

      Pros

      The company was fantastic when I first started working there, the culture was embracing and supportive. Folks seem to care about your development at first and your growth.

      Cons

      After 3ds bought the company it started going downhill gradually, many c suite turnover, terminations and new latest CEO is clueless when it comes to executing the vision, while also making sure they continue delivering on NEXT all on all these features when at launch half of them don’t even work properly. Having spent years at the company I saw clients lose trust on the products and leadership, a lot of times CEO’s from client side would give advice on senior management on processes which being the vendor we should be the leaders on guidance not the other way around. Consider applying to other SaaS companies.
