Pros
-They have a lot of holiday parties where they decorate all the floors and really get in to the day. -I appreciate the diversity -very new equipment -they order lunches and breakfasts to the office regularly which is nice and the coffee is actually very good
Cons
The finance department desperately needs better management. It’s so chaotic and very dysfunctional. They are constantly switching people to new teams and it’s not a very welcoming process. Because everyone is so busy they do not answer questions properly which makes it difficult to do your job as a new person. There is a sense of bully culture if you have not been on the team for a certain amount of time which makes things incredibly uncomfortable.
