Pros
Medidata has a flexible work schedule. As long as you got your work done people don't mind you working remote. The people that you work with are very knowledgeable and you build great relationships within the work environment. What you work on makes a difference in outcomes and you can see the results through the data. Unlimited PTO is great so you can take time off when you need it.
Cons
Management talks about wanting to work on quality but shortcuts are still taken. Management doesn't always listen to those on the ground and try to push you to get things out the door which leads to lower quality. When it comes to promotions, there is favoritism so if you "are in" with those above you, you will more than likely get promoted quicker. Pay could be better.
