Pros

Peers are supportive during these uncertain times.

Cons

The company was purchased in June 2019 and it’s been changes after changes since then. Departments were disbanded or merged and either people asked to move or leave. There are new changes coming that many do not agree with. Departments (project management, technical writing, qa) that used to be siloed with their own head of department are being split between different teams and are now reporting to a development head/lead instead of their respective team head/lead. Great people that have been with the company a couple of years or longer are leaving the company and senior management is passing it off as normal turnover. Morale is down across many departments as they await their fate. With the new parent company, the development is slowly moving away from US/UK and being off-shored to India. Unless you want instability for the next months, stay away.

Pros

The company was fantastic when I first started working there, the culture was embracing and supportive. Folks seem to care about your development at first and your growth.

Cons

After 3ds bought the company it started going downhill gradually, many c suite turnover, terminations and new latest CEO is clueless when it comes to executing the vision, while also making sure they continue delivering on NEXT all on all these features when at launch half of them don’t even work properly. Having spent years at the company I saw clients lose trust on the products and leadership, a lot of times CEO’s from client side would give advice on senior management on processes which being the vendor we should be the leaders on guidance not the other way around. Consider applying to other SaaS companies.
