Pros

A decent work environment in different parts of the company. Some really nice and experienced people.

Cons

"Promote from within" is a false expectation and too much politics. There is no honest feedback for growth. Check-in and 1:1s are a joke and extremely unprofessional. No discussion on work that may be interesting to work on. Random projects and product assignment no sufficient support.

Thank you for your feedback. It's disappointing to hear that you're not having a positive employee experience. Career development is important to us, so we offer a variety of live in-person and virtual on-demand resources and trainings for employees and people leaders. Employees are encouraged to fill out their goals for growth and development in Workday and have multiple check-ins over the course of the year with their manager to ensure transparency. We also advise all managers to have regular check-ins with their team members to maintain alignment. We will continue to work on bridging this gap and improving the system.

Pros

The company was fantastic when I first started working there, the culture was embracing and supportive. Folks seem to care about your development at first and your growth.

Cons

After 3ds bought the company it started going downhill gradually, many c suite turnover, terminations and new latest CEO is clueless when it comes to executing the vision, while also making sure they continue delivering on NEXT all on all these features when at launch half of them don’t even work properly. Having spent years at the company I saw clients lose trust on the products and leadership, a lot of times CEO’s from client side would give advice on senior management on processes which being the vendor we should be the leaders on guidance not the other way around. Consider applying to other SaaS companies.
