      Pros

      - Probably the best office I will ever work at. - Amazing work from home policy. - Great insurance provider. Probably the thing I miss most.

      Cons

      - Very political culture. Many discussions are ended by saying that things aren’t politically feasible. Most meetings with higher ups have a Q&A session where everyone sits in awkward silence. Some people are trying to change this but they need to be supported more. - Huge management hierarchy. Differing priorities at different levels cause many necessary changes that do have management buy in to never happen.

      Pros

      The company was fantastic when I first started working there, the culture was embracing and supportive. Folks seem to care about your development at first and your growth.

      Cons

      After 3ds bought the company it started going downhill gradually, many c suite turnover, terminations and new latest CEO is clueless when it comes to executing the vision, while also making sure they continue delivering on NEXT all on all these features when at launch half of them don’t even work properly. Having spent years at the company I saw clients lose trust on the products and leadership, a lot of times CEO’s from client side would give advice on senior management on processes which being the vendor we should be the leaders on guidance not the other way around. Consider applying to other SaaS companies.
