Pros

Some teams are fabulous to work on Some coworkers are fabulous to work with If you like a casual atmosphere and work/life balance, they have it There are some good managers who will make the place bearable. Diversity People do get promoted Benefits are good

Cons

People, in general, don't have a sense of urgency. They feel their module will allow them to put their feet up and relax Feels like they are dying a slow death No one makes decisions. Everyone avoids ownership Silos. Teams role themselves the same utilities for themselves rather than share them Change control (as opposed to safety nets) Organic decisions made in vacuums aren't questioned until it is too late to do anything about them. The pay for SF is abysmal

Pros

The company was fantastic when I first started working there, the culture was embracing and supportive. Folks seem to care about your development at first and your growth.

Cons

After 3ds bought the company it started going downhill gradually, many c suite turnover, terminations and new latest CEO is clueless when it comes to executing the vision, while also making sure they continue delivering on NEXT all on all these features when at launch half of them don’t even work properly. Having spent years at the company I saw clients lose trust on the products and leadership, a lot of times CEO’s from client side would give advice on senior management on processes which being the vendor we should be the leaders on guidance not the other way around. Consider applying to other SaaS companies.
