People, in general, don't have a sense of urgency. They feel their module will allow them to put their feet up and relax
Feels like they are dying a slow death
No one makes decisions. Everyone avoids ownership
Silos. Teams role themselves the same utilities for themselves rather than share them
Change control (as opposed to safety nets)
Organic decisions made in vacuums aren't questioned until it is too late to do anything about them.
The pay for SF is abysmal
