Pros

- The look of the office is nice and the amenities are great, but is it worth the stress of the job - Definitely NO.

Cons

- management has no knowledge of the field their supporting so no room for mentoring or development in your career. - Over working the employees. ( I had to endure 70-80 hr weeks because you had to meet the unrealistic timelines set by management) - Yes, they have a cool game room and promote the culture of the company - but you will never have a chance to enjoy it since you have to get the work done or you're penalized. - Under paid employees who are SME's of their function and under appreciated. - HR is a major joke. I worked in corporate and would often speak to HR about my manager but nothing came of it until I made the decision to leave for the sake of my mental health and less stress! - Good luck getting a promotion in HR if you're not in the "clique"

Pros

The company was fantastic when I first started working there, the culture was embracing and supportive. Folks seem to care about your development at first and your growth.

Cons

After 3ds bought the company it started going downhill gradually, many c suite turnover, terminations and new latest CEO is clueless when it comes to executing the vision, while also making sure they continue delivering on NEXT all on all these features when at launch half of them don’t even work properly. Having spent years at the company I saw clients lose trust on the products and leadership, a lot of times CEO’s from client side would give advice on senior management on processes which being the vendor we should be the leaders on guidance not the other way around. Consider applying to other SaaS companies.
