      Pros

      Unlimited PTO, flexibility to wfh, great office space, holiday parties are top notch and the company is growing exponentially. Medidata is all around a great company doing great things!!!

      Cons

      I don't have anything bad to say. Management is very reasonable, sometimes you have to push to get ideas through but most companies are resistant to change. It does take a persistent person to spur change however you get out what you put in. My only con is a lot of people are ok with status quo which makes it hard to implement change.

      Pros

      The company was fantastic when I first started working there, the culture was embracing and supportive. Folks seem to care about your development at first and your growth.

      Cons

      After 3ds bought the company it started going downhill gradually, many c suite turnover, terminations and new latest CEO is clueless when it comes to executing the vision, while also making sure they continue delivering on NEXT all on all these features when at launch half of them don’t even work properly. Having spent years at the company I saw clients lose trust on the products and leadership, a lot of times CEO’s from client side would give advice on senior management on processes which being the vendor we should be the leaders on guidance not the other way around. Consider applying to other SaaS companies.
