Pros

Great office, game room which has Pool, PS4, Foosball, etc. Never runs out on Coffee! Overall you have to appreciate the trying to be cool attitude of everything. Work is relatively easy and has decent work-life balance.

Cons

Mid-level(non executive) Management is simply terrible. These people would not be there had it not been for how long they have managed to stay in the company. They shuffle teams around sporadically. There is weekly feedback, but don't let that fool you. You might be under the impression that you are doing great but then comes the yearly feedback, and you might be shocked. I felt like the work i was doing was boring and I have definitely lost some of my brain cells. You have to write dummy proof code so that everyone understands. I agree with one of the other reviewers that this 3+ review must have been paid for by someone. This is definitely not more than a 2. Stay away from this if you can! Unfortunately, I do like the CEO and chairman a lot and they are great.

Pros

The company was fantastic when I first started working there, the culture was embracing and supportive. Folks seem to care about your development at first and your growth.

Cons

After 3ds bought the company it started going downhill gradually, many c suite turnover, terminations and new latest CEO is clueless when it comes to executing the vision, while also making sure they continue delivering on NEXT all on all these features when at launch half of them don’t even work properly. Having spent years at the company I saw clients lose trust on the products and leadership, a lot of times CEO’s from client side would give advice on senior management on processes which being the vendor we should be the leaders on guidance not the other way around. Consider applying to other SaaS companies.
