Pros

For the experience. Nice office with free snacks

Cons

The people doing the real work are ignored, unsupported, and treated like an afterthought. Any sense of teamwork has been destroyed by constant mergers and acquisitions, leaving everyone disconnected and scrambling. The pay is awful, and technicians are treated like they’re disposable. Leadership talks a big game about valuing people, but their actions make it obvious that it’s all for show. The mission feels like a performance, not something they actually live by.

Pros

Leadership that truly values both customers and employees, paired with an inspiring mission to support healthcare providers.

Cons

Growth can be so fast but it's a good problem to have.

Pros

The pay is way too low

Cons

The company is completely driven by policy, even when it means letting go of strong performers simply because they work remotely. Off‑boarding is handled so poorly that sometimes your own colleagues are the ones asked to remove you. There also seems to be an unofficial three‑year limit — people hit that mark and suddenly they’re out, while a select few are treated as untouchable. There’s no transparency around restructuring, and pay is noticeably below market. Many others have raised the same concerns, and it’s clear the organisation needs real change. There’s also no real path for growth, and senior techs often avoid taking calls during peak times, which pushes even more pressure onto the lower‑tier team. It’s exhausting and discouraging.
