fair salary for position applied for. The benifits were awesome to include free medical insurance

initial interview i requested to know what kind of training i would receive and was told it would be extensive to include i week of shadowing and one week being shadowed. i was trained by employee that was there for two months and her answer to most of my questions was i dont know i am new too. after one week of this i was told to start working on my own to help out not understanding the emr at the time i had a lot of questions and no answers to them. very fast paced work environment which i like however one of the other nurses out with covid and only two new nurses to do the work of two specialist providers
