Good opportunity to get some experience in specialty pharmaceutical sales Benefits and RRSP

Cons

Product portfolio contains only one outdated drug Company is frugal - reps have tight expense budgets when traveling and employees receiving little to no raise at/after 1 year despite the work they have done Toxic work environment with low employee morale leading to high turnover Inexperienced managers who either micromanage or don't manage at all Must live in Winnipeg even though sales territories are located in the US and must be in the office 8am-5pm when not traveling Very limited work/life balance with the amount of travel required

Pros

Huge opportunity to grow yourself by gaining exposure to many areas of the business. Work hard and you will be appreciated. They value company culture and value employee satisfaction. For a manufacturer, they are quite agile in their ability to pivot and take on new opportunities.

Cons

Very email-heavy communication. You will wear many hats. The owner is a bit of a dinosaur with outdated beliefs rooted in religion.

Great place to gain experience in the medical sales industry. Very unique business model and sales strategy.

Cons

Smaller company that can't compete salary wise with larger competitors. Management team is new and inexperienced.
