Pros
Most coworkers are very nice so far and more like a small family. Customers are great. Little more upscale area so very minimal junkies. Fairly busy so days go by fast. Only open until 7 so you'll never get off super late. Time off requests are usually approved.
Cons
Unfriendly to new hires. Not much formal training or structure. Leads to steady turnover. You may get hired for one thing and end up doing something else. Nepotism toward family members and friends of management. Expect to work evenings and weekends if you're not related to the owner. Bad attitudes of some employees and management make the general environment feel very stressful and unwelcoming. Little to no transparency. Management secretive and employees are left out of the loop. Some employees come and go as they please/show up late/leave early/miss a lot of days.
