working together to get things done, if you are a trustworthy dependable person, you are allowed to get your work done and head home, and are not bothered outside of work hours.
No training,
No health insurance.
Owners never been in sales.
Will always be told that you're doing everything wrong even if your selling contracts.
Quotas are absolutely unobtainable.
