Narrow minded thinking amongst co-workers

Decent salary Easy job Work life balance

They have no clue how to treat people. They need a better legal team advisor. They approved time off in advance and then they cancel it days before it happens expecting you to cancel your trip otherwise they'll fire you. They dont have a pay scale so new people get pay better than people that has been there for years. Not fair.
