      Flexible hours, hybrid schedule, PTO, 6% employee match

      Cons

      Sinking ship. Outdated technology. Over worked staff. President is a know it all, that is also condescending. Too many pointless meetings. More finger pointing than collaboration to find solutions. CEO is retired and never present.

      Pros

      Very team-oriented. You work with a lot of people in different departments. Hybrid schedule is nice to have.

      Cons

      The workload can be a bit too much at times. Lots of meetings!
